Standing by the fence
with a view of the park
I remember sweet moments
like the song of the meadowlark
Baby used to meet me
in the warm afternoon
We would talk about love
and i would make her swoon
Walking hand in hand
surrounded by flowers
The reflection of light
my how it empowers
I hold you in my arms
and kiss you so softly
Wrapped in our arms
lost in each other totally
Memories in my mind
of the many days gone by
Reflections of the heart
