The red dye 475, not only stained my hair,
but ears and hands and clothes and...
your infamous laugh was a reminder of my failure.
I'm not for you, like you, never good enough.
The unpredictable nonsense that came,
when you put the [much more than just] candy
on the tip of my tongue, and told me that I was ready,
will stain me more than that ridiculous die.
Neon streaks, neon stares, neon sex,
it all followed the intake of this neon wonder.
My inane existence was not enough,
you had abase my stature, my confidence, my life.
The zenith of your powers, shook me to my core.
the shivers led to screams, my waning face enhancing your high...
and suddenly, the world stopped, froze, it all became clear,
stars scintillated in the sky, the moon danced with my eyes.
This one vagrant impulse destroyed my life,
Your misanthropic face, leered ominously at me,
reminding me why I was through with you, and why I loved you so.
This night I lost my innocence, led me to the gaunt realization
What you love,
isn't always the best choice.
