She comes out of the bathroom with vomit on her shirt,
why does she do this to herself?,
does she know the consequences,
I'm guessing not,
What if she gets caught,
shes ruining her body,
Someone needs to help her,
But what if i know that girl?

being belimic is a very serious disorder. Though people do it for many reasons it can damage your throat and permanently ruin your teeth & thats only the minor things. Heart problems can occur and it can lead to death if carried on for a long period of time.
This is a good and serious write. If you know someone who is suffering it I suggest you talk to them and the both of you seek professional help if its serious. If they are doing it to lose weight it doesn't necesarily work and it causes more damage than what its worth.
