Let Go Of The Stone.

Why do you struggle against the wind calling your name?
Is it because you have not heard the one you need tell you
that it is okay?
I understand that because now you are in the valley looking up.
All you have to do is to let go of the stone.
The one that tells you to keep fighting in this world of pain
and sorrow.
Looking forward to that great beyond and where your loved ones
are, is it really so hard to do?
Because what you leave behind is the valley of doubt and darkness and pain.
You leave behind what you cannot keep and so therefore look to
the beauty of his kingdom.
In his arms you will be safe and all too soon the fires of sin will consume this world that you are leaving behind.
Because I know what he promised is true and you know it too
and just before the fire of life dies in your eyes reach out.
All you have to do is take his hand, that is it.
Let go of the stone and be free.

Author notes

My patient turned on Monday and now all that is left is for her to let go and go on. She has been in such horrible pain that this life is nothing compared to what she will have in heaven.

    Mrs. Wright passed.

Mrs. Wright died at 11:30 on Thursday morning. She had lived 98 years on this earth and played the piano. She is now with the angels playing her hymns and singing her songs.

    Applause-Applause-Applause!

goodness, wiping the tears from eyes...this is a very
impactful poem for the soul and spirit!
Splendor it is...to "trust." To allow ourselves to
be humbled and let go of the stones that hold us down,
or prevent us from seeing....a higher ground.
Lest we build walls that seperate us from feelings.
well done, this is a very powerful poem!
my heart is still feasting upon each word and line!
thankyou, this has boldly helped me to understand on
my journey, a powerful road map it is!
