Blowing winds on a cold
rainy night
Forgotten thoughts on this
lonely plight
My head it does swim
with this love forsaken,
I’m just lost in this world
all the love you have taken

I walk step after step
on cobblestone street
I’m so drunk that I can’t
even feel my feet
I reach out to take your hand
but your not there
I pause for a moment
to remember I care

I’m soaked to the bone
in this ice cold rain
My body is all numb
I don’t feel no pain
I wander in the streets
with no place to go
I can’t erase my mind
I just love you so

    This is great, I love the sadness and confusion in it, and how it is formatted. The rhyme and rhythm are good, I enjoyed reading this. Thanks for the entry.
