    feelings un eventful or unfruitful can be certain to make us feel regret...thus leaving us to turn inward and die a thousand times...unless we overcome the downward flow of time...we will never rise like a mist or fly like birds freely so be my thoughts

    Oh boy did this strike me! For I often find myself shallow breathing or stopping breathing at all as I feel constricted in my life... and I need to stop and take that breath!!
