Gray hair is a crown of splendor;
it is attained by righteous life
They care about injustice
detest dishonesty
Live by faith
The prayer of a righteous person
is powerful
Jesus is our defense
True righteous and splendor
comes from God salvation
Nor have we done any thing
to deserves this gift
Jesus gave it to us freely
with the gift of choice
To love him daily
ask for his forgiveness of sin
His promise to us that he will
not forsake us or let us fall
When we sin ask for the strength
not to do it again
God see us as we were
meant to be
Our splendor is how
we love our God
What do we do
with our time
Do we pray enough
or rejoice in his name
Live our life our way
not let God guide us
True fruit is the peace
of God in our life
Seek humility in
God kingdom

Bright swords of truth beheld in this poem
splendor...how we live our lives, how we are loved
and forgiven unconditionally by the quiet words of
our lips humbled and seeking mercy...
the actions rewarding splendor results..being loved
genuinely....with understanding love from a creator God.
Thankyou, I appreciate the research and firm voice you
used to write, this has helped me understand the
splendor I seek to understand.

"Gray hair is a crown of splendor;

I love these lines, they are beautiful. To me this poem seems like a testament to God as well as a story about growing older and being comforted by His words. Wonderful.
