I traveled so many miles in this reckless past,
Trying to change my ways but neglecting my future,
Never gave god a chance to find me that piece,
The puzzle still remains one short,
Searched the whole world and still,
Not one comes close to as you did,
Always there for me when I had tears in my eyes,
Were there for me on the verge of death,
No one could be what you have but still I lay here alone,
Everyday hoping it's the last night,
But I know tomorrow will be just the same as yesterday,
Wanting all your love as I live in this fantasy world,
You're the only thing left to complete my life,
But still I wake up knowing,
For the rest of my life,
The puzzle will remain one sweet piece too short...

I havn't written a poem in a long time, and this was one of the few ones i Found from my past. It's not close to one of my best, but it's something for now.

Well I liked it! I really liked the ending. You carried through that idea really well. Hope you start writing again soon. I haven't written anything in months, except one I wrote today. it was such a relief to write. Later.
