I now live in Glendale, AZ,
Where the people all drive crazily.
It was worse, though, in Paris,
Where the drivers spat at us
and turned left where the right turn would be!

Did they really spat at you thats so rude indeed .I know they drive crazy here in Texas as well its gotton so bad that its like Mexico the first one that honks gets the right of way hahaha but we tollerate it you have an interesting write here

Paris is like that. One starts to honk and everyone has to honk. What a racket! Well, I guess people are the same everywhere. We have road rage, and Paris has spitters!

This is great, I love the last line. I can empathize about crazy drivers, even if I don't live in Glendale AZ.

I've actually dealt with traffic in London as well. Lived in Hartford by Huntingdon for three years, so went to London on the train whenever I could.
