Every day brings new experiences, sometimes sad ones but often also happy, precious experiences that enrich my life.
Every single day proves that life is worth living. It is usually the small things that bring us joy: a little flower or maybe a piece of chocolate.
Seeing the sunrise and sunset proves that we are alive. When the birds sing in the morning, I know that another day has begun. The sun has risen today and the day has many surprises in store. I don't know what will happen today and whose path I will cross.
But when I drop into bed in the evening, tired, I know this day was not senseless because I lived.
I was human today, and that's why I look forward to tomorrow. Because I know I will also be human tomorrow.

I dedicate this to a very special teacher who has been so wonderful to me this week. She has made me want to fix all the things that went wrong in my life. She was there in the right moment and she said what needed to be said, nothing more and nothing less.

hm... I'm wondering which teacher you're talking about.
in your dedication "I dedicate this to a very special teacher who [has] been so wonderful to me this week."
Sounds like cliche, but it's so true what you wrote there. "Life" is such a "schwammig" heading, but it fits, kind of.
Keep on writing - I'm keeping on!

it makes me happy to see you happy and positive, my friend ... young people with a high iq and a genius-like mind seem to suffer a lot when they realize the craziness of this world ... much more than average youngsters, I believe ... because they realize that the adults who are supposed to be role-models and teach them, are often so much less mature, wise and responsible than they appear ...
well, much rambling ... only to say that I appreciate you sharing your poetry with me and that I am delighted to see the sun shining again on your cloudless sky ...
much love,
marion

A delightful, happy story...
Your teacher is to be commended for influencing you for such positive thinking.
Happy you are back home and had such an inspiring few days away from home!

I loved reading about your gladness.
