Steaming hot crab legs or lobster instead
Burgers that come with those fried tater strings

Creamy milk chocolate in crunchy sweet candy
Milkshakes and cheesesteaks
and cake made with brandy
Golden brown waffles and buffalo wings
These are a few of my favorite things
Strawberries, blueberries, mixed in a sundae
Exotic traditions I hope to taste one day
Amazing soft cheeses my mom used to bring
These are a few of my favorite things
When I crave treats,
When my tongue hangs,
When I’m feeling sad,
I simply devour my favorite things
And then I don’t feel…
so bad!

This was so much fun to write. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Maybe it will win something, maybe it won't, but it was a pleasure. I kept to the tune as best I could, even kept a couple lines that just seemed like they needed to stay. I had a long list of favorite things but once I saw a few food items on there this idea hit me. In good irony, I am actually making the effort to avoid unhealthy foods right now and even have my contest going on a healthier lifestyle. Pretty funny putting this one together in the middle of that project, but like I said... it was fun. Thanks!
