Verse 1:
Softly spinning the blossoms drift
Down to the sea
Echoing gently they carry on
A southerly breeze
Verse 2:
The whiskers whisper of tenderness
That calls from far away
A brooding willow guards the entrance where
By the coast lies a cave
Chorus:
And I am waiting here for
I'm softly trembling for you
Verse 3:
I walked for miles and miles today
Til I came to this place
And there you sat on a broken rock
Your beauty made me stay
Verse 4:
And though the seasons keep turning
and changing the rest of our lives
I'll never stop, never give up this love
Until the day we die
Chorus:
And I am softly trembling for you
You're drifting closer and closer to me
Bridge:
Here we stand
It feels like lifetimes
Had seperated us
You take my hand
And I feel
Weak
You flow
Through the heart of me
In every step and
Every part of me
Chorus:
And I'll be waiting here for you
You're drifting closer and closer to me

Wow. This is abosolutely beautiful! It took my breath away. The emotion is so raw!! I could feel everything, the love, the yearning, wow. I really loved the chorus lines, so simple yet so packed full of meaning. The bridge was also my favorite! I love the imagery! Amazing job and best of luck in the contest!!
