does anyone care that i'm falling apart?
can anyone see what's about to start?
my heart is breaking and no one cares,
i should have known they wouldn't be there.
i thought i could change and win against my head,
but the voice is back and saying i'd be better dead,
the love i thought that i once knew,
is gone and i have no one left to turn to.
so watch as tears roll down my face,
i never did have that much grace,
maybe if i had he'd have loved me back,
or maybe this is just his silent attack.
i'd say i don't care but we know that's a lie,
for my love a million tears will i cry,
at one time i may have stood up and fight,
but what's the point, i'm never right.
so back to my hole will i retreat,
raise the white flag, i'm declaring defeat,
i knew he'd win at any cost,
i wonder if he knows just how much i lost.

The good thing is that you are young enough to make a lot more mistakes. And maybe by that time YOU will be the fantasy, that cherry red delicious apple on the top of the tree.
