In the hands of fate

Her friends always wonder
what really goes on
they all hear the stories
of sadness and wrong

they kept on asking
does she hit you?
I laugh it off
and say it isn't true

with no one to turn
they all see the fear in her eyes
knowing that she has no shoulder to cry

when she's not looking
they roll up her selves

face to face
of what they already know
but what can do
to protect this fragile soul

how many more
hits can she take
until her body
finally breaks

but what can they do?
and who can they call
what if no one believes them
not one at all

what if they wake up
ans she isn't there
are they the only ones
that now the problem
that she has to face
what if they wake up
and it's to late

they kept on asking
does she hit you?
I laugh it off
and say it isn't true

she's caught in a landslide
and a hurricane
she's going down so fast
she has no life to gain

past of the point of breaking
and beyond repair
she screams for help
but she's never loud enough
quite whispers become a hush

they kept on asking
does she hit you?
I laugh it off
and say it isn't true

she took her life yesterday
she was only 13
but her life was a waste

she spreads her wings
and flies to a place
letting go of the burden
as she soars away

now she stands tall
in the middle of the night
protecting those
who are giving up
their own fight

she turns their whispers
into a scream
now their heard
and now their seen

fragile souls caught in the hands of fate
but with her help
their be ok

this poem is true but the good side of this sad story is that i told someone that could help me and now my mom is paying the price
