I see before me a man of age
He has worked hard all his life
His eyes are sad and hurtful too
I don't know if he has a wife
He looks as though he's toiled
In the hot sun every day
Even his hands are also wrinkled
His hair is turning to gray
Even through all of this
He has a heart of gold
He knows how to love and care
For his family that he beholds
So be happy for a man like this
His love of life is rare
Filled with all the best he has
A life that is filled with care
