I could say its just another crush, just a
Short-term thing, but I would be
Lying.
When you’re with me, I feel strong,
Like nothing can bring me down.
Because with you, I forget my faults, all the scarring
And insane thoughts
Vacate my body.
The chains locking my own mind away are unlocked.
But only when you’re here.

This is really inspired by a contest, I'm not THAT obsessive. I tried to relate this to stuff though... I don't know it turned out. Its the first happy poem in a long time so... work with me here.
