As Christ said;'Come unto me and be ye saved for I am thy Lord God and there is none else'. To me that is Salvation.then he livs in our hearts and we are sealed for eternity.

    Short and to the point.

thank you for the friendly reminder.

This is a really good patriotic poem... It's not entirely original.. but the layout seems to be. I really enjoyed this one... although I can't place my finger on exactly why. Thanks for the awesome read. Powerful images!

Good morning my friend. You have penned such powerful words to read filled with truth and passion for freedom. War is never pretty. It leaves so much heartache behind on both sides but it is the price we all must pay for freedom. Your words reach deep into the soul of the reader. You take care. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. Always so proud of you for serving your counrty. You will always be a special friend never to be forgotten. Hugs and Smile flying north.

You managed to say so much within the small amount of words used...profound words. Looking to your heart to find peace is good advice.

Someone told me once to always follow my heart and it would never lead me wrong.

    Best wishes in the contest.

    Love Margaret
