Lady Irish By The Sea

I look over a field of clover
I wonder how many are three's and four's
In the distance the tree line, Beckons to me
How many Leprechauns, Are out there hiding from me
In a world we call a mystery, A land that’s lost in rhyme
In Ireland’s country side or Lady Irish By The Sea

Ireland oh Ireland
Your calling to me
From across the ocean
Your song sings to me
The beauty of your country side
The history still not gone
In a world we call a mystery
A land that’s lost in rhyme
In Ireland’s country side
or Lady Irish By The Sea

I don't need a pot of gold
For in the distance I do see
One rose of Ireland
The one that I seek
Hair of red, Eyes of green
a scent that intoxicates me
And I'll find her once more
Near Lady Irish By The Sea

Ireland oh Ireland
Your calling to me
From across the ocean
Your song sings to me
The beauty of your country side
The history still not gone
In a world we call a mystery
A land that’s lost in rhyme
In Ireland’s country side
or Lady Irish By The Sea

We laugh We sing
We tell a tale
Of days that have gone by
Of dreams We still remember
In this land before time
My hopes My dreams
My fairy tales
All began right here
In a world we call a mystery
A land that’s lost in rhyme
In Ireland’s country side
or Lady Irish By The Sea

Ireland oh Ireland
Your calling to me
From across the ocean
Your song sings to me
The beauty of your country side
The history still not gone
In a world we call a mystery
A land that’s lost in rhyme
In Ireland’s country side
or Lady Irish By The Sea

Nicely done. Love the chorus. I hope to visit Ireland and Scotland someday as that is where my roots began. So why didn't you send it?
