Weeds within honesty
Choking life out of honor
Breeding lies and omissions,
One will always fall
Victim to a scheme,
A sacrifice in cold blood
To feed another's greed
Leading to pain and grief
Or just one more cycle
Of vicious deception
Truth
A harsh light
Piercing through the sea
Of shadowed lies,
For no man is perfect
Flawed by his own intentions
Both sinister and virtuous,
So its for the strong of heart
To choose the path
Which will lead to salvation
And cleansing fires of truth
