Why Beleive

My friends all beleive in God, But does that mean i have to?
Why should I, When he lets children die every night?
Why should I beleive in the things that I am not sure of?
Please, someone tell me, because I do not know what to do.

    you have the right to believe what you want. personally i agree with you. why believe in something that is supposed to be so good and yet allows bad to happen every day. i totally agree with you but you dont have to agree with your friends about everything.

    I don't know
    you have every right not to
    and theres evidence to support your case

    but idk.

    I still believe
    it's just something inside me
    it's the hope for something better then this life
    I don't attend church ever sunday
    I haven't even read half of the bible

    but I still believe
    my hope and faith tell me he's real
    I can't explain why bad things happen but I believe he has a plan for everyone

    and while it may not make sense
    it's for a reason

    My first thought was that it doesn't matter what everyone else thinks and believes because you should believe what YOU want. Believing isn't seeing and having proof, it's having Faith. Blind faith. Yes, bad things happen, but that's because of bad people. Read the bible and you'll understand better. Nice poem, absolutely perfect.
