Really nice, this is a great love poem. I like how you compare romantic love blooming to a flower, a bud opening. it's a great metaphor, and quite a sweet poem. Although, I also thought of opening a gift when I read this a second time. Or even a box with a ring in it. I like it that the image can be several different things.

So true when we recieve the proper watering we grow we flourish yet we wilt when we don't. your poem reminders me of that. It encourage me to do better for the beautification of mankind.
