First let me say, how very sweet. Giving kisses as a favorite thing that is so cute lol. I will say in your second line, your belly floats from the butterflies. I think flutter would be a more appropriate word. At least for me because when I think of butterflies I associate their wings with fluttering. Floating makes me think more of clouds. This was a very sweet poem. Must be a very special lady in your life
The form was well done, with a simple but nice rhyme scheme which gave a good easy rhythm, kind of lilting and bouncy.
