Life of a Dream

Dreams that never die,
Replaying over and over again,
In my mind like a movie,
Of things yet to come.

Your like a dream yourself,
Wanting to hold onto you,
Not wanting you to vanish,
To pull you into this reality,
Making you real.

I see you there crying,
By the lonely stream,
Wondering why,
"Why do you cry" I ask,
Did someone hurt you?
Does anyone care for you?

Remember this,
There is somebody who does,
Someone that will not leave you,
Who will remain by your side,
Won't give up on you when others do,
Someone that will love you back.

This is no dream,
These things are real,

My reason for living,
