Music is the cosmic dance
the song of love in Gods creation
With every note an oracle of life
the brilliant birth of another star
The power of one singer
continues on
in this opera of renewal
still being sung
in this…
ever expanding universe
As my rocky mountain road
winds more steeply up and on
my weakened body slowly sinks
my bones becoming weary
I pause to lift my thirsty mind
and hear the peeling symphony
calling me lovingly
drawing me on
Refreshed and hopeful
I draw a new breath
The question ringing in my mind
of why I’m climbing to these heights
is answered in the radiance
of the deeply sonorous voice
The yearning for the meeting
full entwining melding
is felt by God and also I
Creator longing for creation
lights the tones of flaming love
ignites the furnace deep within
and draws me further to my goal
The brilliance of the heavenly notes
pulls me up this endless path
that scrapes the holy turquoise skies
Stumbling I falter overawed
with this distance I must reach
Yet looking behind in amazement
I see how far I’ve already come
Renewed and undaunted
with God’s music in my heart
empowered by his love
that fills my soul
I persevere to reach the sky!

Your message of perseverance through your faith in God is loud and clear in this piece. How beautiful faith can truly be.
A nearly seamless collaboration of joined thought and word. The message? Wonderful.
Technically, punctuation would enhance the impact of your poetic words giving just the right emphasis in all the right places. Thank you for a lovely entry. Best of luck in the judging .~Pamela

sing, move, wander and become the song you're singing. like the way this is shaped - like a cleff note on a song bar that has no end, or repeats itself over and over again... good collab... ~ EZB
