idea, mere sprite
full potential glorious
satisfaction found
idea, giant
trailing off, meandering
destiny fulfilled
inspiration speaks
gently growing or blast fast
listen conversely

Ideas born
from sprite to full
or conversely
giant to soft finish
unpredictably

so interesting what can be done, punctuation or line breaks...like inflection or emphasis in spoken words can change meanings...very well done with this...PK

I appreciate your taking a look at this
and your observations regarding
inflection and emphasis.
Thank you, PK.

Now that is definitely something worth thinking about, now I'm ready to head to bed. That hit the spot so to speak, an intellectual conversation though only conversed through thoughts and words... at least that is the way I see it affecting me. This write really causes one to think, though in my case... ponder, absorb, and smile. Very well written; a masterpiece.

Thank you, skilter, for your kind words.
A pleasure to bring you a smile
as you ponder and absorb!
Opposite manners of expression
cause interest in observing
and coversing. I find your
interpretation most interesting!

Ah, I get it, reaching out and digging deep...that sounds like me when I make excuses for things.
That is the fun of it, applying all the possibilities to the artwork.

Keystone,
Right, words, lines
not absolute, but enhanced
by interpretation.

Perfectly explains the artwork, there is a trailing off, and it does have that reversed mirror effect. What you drew was sort of how my brain works, My thoughts start off one way and end up, upside down and reversed...sadly I then put them in print, but your results are far better than mine.

idea, mere fright
full blown delirious
Yem, unsound
etc

I mean Keystone

I was hoping you would put your brain to work
on this piece. But you have such a knack of
putting those thoughts in print! "full blown delirious"
absolutely.
Aha, the personnae are intermixing.
Actually, in the drawing above, the stem to the left,
Yem, growing and loudly showing, reaching forward;
the one to the right, Keystone, the epitome of the
silent black and white stage, flourishing, then
holding the presence, not as boisterous.
Now who is delirious!

I think that you are describing a natural process in which ideas, once born, each follow their own unique path.
p.s. I really like your drawings

Aha! Thank you, Olivia.
Rather like the elusive destiny,
surging forward, pulling us along!

From a single word, the largest and most brilliant idea can form, but even the best ideas can be ignored just as easily as a bad one, opening your ears, not just your physical ones, is a very important aspect of everyday life. No idea is set in stone completely it's very important to allow your self to grow ideas, spread sun to them and water them. Ideas are like the soul, you have to have them go through different stages, from birth, to tears, to full potential...... eh...... I fear it's MY turn to ask for a road map for the interpretation of this conumdrum.....

Each person clears a path,
as you can note by the
different interpretations
on this page.
"...Ideas are like the soul, you have to have them go through different stages, from birth, to tears, to full potential.."
What I find most interesting
is the variety of ideas that
spill out from thoughtful persons
attempting to find meaning.
The drawing, the idea born
from considering how there
is usually no one way to do
anything and, in fact, the
way to end results can often
be seen as total opposites,
as the plant stem where the
leaves do not reach full growth
until the stem has risen high
to the light, while another
may shoot out fully and taper
off.
The stems comparable
to ideas, projects, written
work---just about anything.
The moral: to accept diversity,
to think conversely,
to recognize there may be opppsite
ways to live, to create, each
viable and right!
I think I do better with
just a few words!!!!!!!!
Good to see you here again, Hope!!!!!!

hmm, i'm not sure if i got the complete idea here. i enjoy the ending though, sometimes you need to received in the opposite way that something has been given. only kindness diffuses anger, so on etc.!
your drawing, as always, is a beautiful touch! you should be an illustrator for plant guides!

Minimal words
spark interpretation,
as your words prove--
"...in the opposite way
that something has been given.
only kindness diffuses anger..."
The original thought
takes on new life
through the eyes
of another!
Plant life, right?
Freshman Botany class, Professer looks over my shoulder
as I was drawing what I "saw" in the microscope.
"This is NOT art class, young lady."
Probably fantasy plant life, loper!

I've often wondered how your fertile imagination 'works' to create so wonderfully, both in words and images. This poem gives a little hint, I think, of how 'tuned in' you are to so many possibilities, both large and small, as initial sources of inspiration. As always, an interesting insight here.
I plan to keep listening...in hopes of understanding what you're hearing. -

Hi, Leah!
This time, the drawing came first,
as it is the most elusive
and must get scanned and sized
with much trepidation,
while the mind holds the words at bay.
Liking your interpretation!
Sometimes ideas are just a glimmer,
grow slowly till they shimmer.
And then there is the thunderstrike
that fades to just a tiny spike.
So nice to read your words here!
