She had always wanted to look
perfect like the models did
in the magazines...leaflets and books. 

She had been to Harley St for surgery.

I have to admit the effects amazed me.

She had got it all.

The eyes, the smile,
The legs, the tits,
The ass, the hips.

A pout that could have sunk a thousand ships.

Then she said she was going to have tree surgery.

I laughed and said, "I think you've got it mixed up,
don't you mean a tummy tuck, on your trunk?"

"No," she said, "I don't mind my tummy.
It's my neck, it needs to be more elegant."

"What about the risks?" I asked her.
"Oh, I'm not bothered about them, I just need
to be perfect."

The next day she went for her tree surgery.

I found her hanging by a thread,
trying to lengthen her neck
perfectly dead.

    Funny in a creepy way Reminds me of that woman who's had dozens of plastic surgeries so she can look like a Barbie Doll! Always 'one more thing', never satisfied! At least your character finally achieved perfection!
