no more mistakes

i try to keep away from trouble
away from more mistakes
but i never can get away
not ever, not today

i seem to see my life
from a new dimension
it shows me all my wrongs
and even all my tension

my life seems to pass
no excitement, only lies
if only yesterday
i could have had a life

i now am promising myself
a better life real soon
my next life will have more excitement
and more time to see the moon

i promise in my next life
i won't make any more mistakes

    Great!!!

    It's so fab to have a poem that's not a prewrite entered!!! It definately captures the theme of the contest a more specific refernce to a mistake would have been nice but I can totally relate to that feeling of "I'm not gonna mess up again, It's time to make some changes" Feeling. Best of luck, I'll keep you posted!
