i used to hear ther was a time for everything
a time to live
a time to die
a time to be born
but i wondered
is there truly
a time for everything
well i truly didn't know
what 6 year child would
but as time went on
i realized that they were right
yes there was a time to live
and a time to die
and a time to be born
but they had forgotten
the most important thing
they had never shown me
that there was time for love
or that love even exsited
that there was a time for crying
because in our society
if you cried you were a nothing but a pussy
that if you fell and scraped your knee
it would be ok because over time it would get better
instead i suffered through the hardships
and never ending beatings
that never left a scar
but i'm ok now
because i learned these things
over time

Aw.... you felt unloved...
Well, on this site there are always people to show you they love you.
And know this, it's OK to cry... -
This is excellent! Time - I have tried many 'times' (teehee) to write a poem about time, and you did well, with great use of the letter T in every line. One thing I noticed was in line 19 'or tht love even exsited' you forgot the 'a' in that - oops! Otherwise, wonderful take on time
Best of luck in the contest

This is a very nice write. A little hard to read because of the font. Thank you for sharing in the contest.
