Staring at the darkened sky;
Her eyes of blue in stark contrast with the black of night.
Her thoughts ride on the backs of the ravens;
As they soar through the air, near to the moon.
Not alarmed by the crashing of thunder;
Instead she welcomes it.
The rain that will surely follow will be a welcome reprieve.
It will wash away the dust of the day;
Rinse clean the night.
Tomorrow will shine bright again;
All because of the storm.
