I am much too weak…
My veins sing serrated words
In fear of the golden rigors of morn
Each drop of dawn, a breath of life
Within the rigid trees
Falsetto gasps from my heart
Dance between interwoven trunks
Cast as screams forever
In this performance I extend
Calling no other, than those who refuse to listen
In feeble minds
The seething night is left unbroken
Frail thoughts, eclipsed beyond the indigo
Upon the ill fated cascade of remorse
The amber secrets of fall are whispered
And I shudder
Hold me now
In arms pure of twilight
Before the screams awaken me
Light me a fire…
Before it is too late…
For there is no dawn
When the sky is dying

You, my dear - are never rusty. This is really good --- Amazingly detailed (of course, I wouldn't expect any less) But this is really good. Powerful emotion.... Some of the lines really were bold, and stood out in my mind. Very powerful.
This is both powerful and beautiful at the same time.
Wonderful job darling

...Wonderful....
