Sad how patriotism involves so much hatred and violence. True, there is peace. But from navitism stems rivalry and competition, etc.

How can there be glory with so much death?

    good write

Wow.. deeply powerful! I love the idea of hatred walking hand in hand with glory-- great alliterations and metaphor. Very attention grabbing, loaded with immense meaning
