From a private beach front,
discovery found by our love.
We kissed as the waves crashed,
upon the weather worn rocks.
The breeze was just right,
across our necks; her hair blew.
Into our face the sun shown;
I felt alive again.
Like never before;
I pulled her close,
closer as the time ran on,
the day was intoxicating.
I could never be close enough;
that's where the problem lies.
Life wouldn't be long enough;
I'll love her till the day I pass.
Author notes
I found love in a place I never expected; I love her to death.
