Walk down these screaming halls,
Hearing such painful words.
Walk past the people she knows,
Fearing to cry in their presence.
No one sees the dead look in her eyes,
No one hears her, silent screams and cries.
Crippled with her dearest betrayal,
Heartache behind the mask she puts on everyday.
Each day she wakes up to hide herself again,
Each night she lets her tears sing her sorrowful lullaby.
Tainted heart full of her sorrowful treachery,
This angel’s wings are torn and broken.
She’s falling, falling down, to the cold hard ground,
She doesn’t have the strength to stand again.
She crumbling, crumbling, down in herself.
She’s broken,
Can’t stand to smile again.
