Today I laugh at his misfortune,
yet whether noble or base my reaction...
Proves difficult to tell.

You deserve everything, brother whose fraternity
extends not to blood shared.
Yet penance will not be exacted,
for undeserved benignity comes from one
either graceful or ignorant enough to forgive.

Enjoy your forgiveness worm,
for we are brothers in deeds shared.
The judges gavel has already punished me,
may the hammer blow come swiftly to you.
