"The apples won't drown the children!"
HA-HA-HA!
"They'll come and break the ceiling!"
HA-HA-HA!
Doubling over, laughing- "...eloquent recital"
Smacking her knee- "Isn't she just lovely?"
Smacking harder and faster
Punching now
A flurry of fists and hair- the blizzard ballet
Spinning and hitting with Mr.Vertigo
Screaming and laughing to the footless crowd
Broken-glass breath
Slowing when she hits that thin wall (oops!)-
The one with the cat behind it
Free cat, meow-meow music (sigh of relief)
Throbbing red behind the eyes
And Cat laps up the blood
Too fresh for the zombies-
No, no, no, this is not for them!
Now, her face just won't come off...
What to do? What to do?
Rocks beneath the duck pond (of course!)
To make her smile broken and pretty
She can win the titled ribbon slash
If the ducks allow
Minnows are swimming in her brain
(gasp!) Wait... is it bleeding?
Silly... You can't kill
Lady Maple Syrup of Waffles!
"Nine lives and a lovely title-
The tiara has to be hers!"

Does the story line make it too sane?

Well now if you want weird, confusing and traumatic for the judge to read without laughing or screaming loudly, did a great job...lol.

Perhaps I should have mentioned that it's about a girl competing in an insanity pageant- "Little Miss Mania". I wanted to show the fun side of madness- not all insanity is tormenting.
