The Life of a Rose

The world revolves around me
The iris and tulip heads spin
I’m a lovely rose
That none can match in beauty
Petals open to the sun
And the sun marks me
Orange like it,
Right in the center.
Petals fan out,
White to pink.
Gorgeousness unsurpassed
The world twirling about me.
This is the life of a rose.
