Nourishment

I shall eat, for I am
in need of nourishment of Transformation.

I will transform from
envy and pride
feeding from Love
that always protects,
trusts, hopes and preserves
from self-seeking.

I will transform from
falsity of happiness
into Joy of the Lord
that gives strength
emanating from the Throne
in lasting rays of gold.

I will transform from
unforgiving attitude
feeding on Peace
that purifies the soul
with harmony, bathing
the heart in joy.

I will transform from
impatience 
learning from Longsuffering
the paths of meekness
and forbearing
that offer love for another.

I will transform from
self-righteousness
taking from Gentleness
purity, understanding and 
kindness, and give in its place
words that heal and empower.

I will transform from
degrading and shameful behavior
eating from the table of Goodness
assuring worthiness of calling
that flows from faith
instilled by the vision of power.

I will transform from
self-power and self-reliance
and fast on the fruit of Faith
that give hearts indwelling
and richness of power
as manifestations of the Son.

I shall continue to eat, for I am
Nourishment’s process in Transformation.
