Trees

Dual sides of Gemini
They spit out sweet tasting fruits
As they sway in the breeze
And should your kites tread too close,
They will eat them

Trees, blooming in light
And seeking depth in their earthy ends
This is their nature

Pygmalion
Fell in love with cold-hearted Elise
Could he fall in love with twisting bark?
And multi-colored leaves

He can, he would;
He is dupably human in nature

    Bravo! Such a great take on trees. I've read many. This one tops them. I'm glad I got to read it. My daughter is Gemini. I love it. Shancy.
