Orange Skies

Humans in chains silently scream
An oppressive cloud covers the land
One man stands over another
Crushing him suffocating him

Chinas skies are blackened
With the misery of the people
Children’s futures are uncertain
And many tears are shed

Yet over the horizon
The human tribe hears
An orange sun rises
Gives colour to the heavens

Support the color orange Olympic campaign!

People in China are being oppressed and are suffering. thecolourorange.net is a campaign in which at the Olympics people will wear something orange or eat an orange etc. The idea is to get the message across to the Chinese government that the world is watching and does not approve of its atrocoties!

Support the colour orange campaign!

I personally think it would be great if nobody turned up for their olympics, I still find it hard to believe that it's happening- very nicely written as well.

Lovely wording for such a sad subject. Great in images, I really enjoyed this. I truly hope your campaign works!

Yes so do I, it's not my campaign, just thought I'd try and get them some publicity in here.

    this page hurts my eyes...

one color in the rainbow does not a rainbow make. suppression is nothing short of the chronic way we fail to treat one another – without much civility, respect and dignity. I’m eating oranges the rest of the month.
