the lady who cheers
her orange and blue,
barracks for a team
of yellow and black too
watching footy
is just a ploy,
really she is looking
for a toy boy
spring carnival time
is a favorite season,
she will have a bet
just for no reason
because of Bono,
who has songs in the chart,
Africa now holds
a place in her heart
so now we help her
climb over the hill,
and hope many more poems
come from her magic quill
