I never knew how much pain
fell upon your heart
ran to deep
it tore you apart
Once the winter wind got to much
and the waves came crashing against the rocks
storms blew and the ocean knew
it was going to take you
The night swallowed up your grief
and the sea washed away your pain
you jumped from the rocks into the coldness of the sea
Angel of the sea
I wish your soul to be free
Broken heart, you left your pain with me
aching soul to ripped up mine
goodbye letter forever I'll keep
I forgive you my heart of the sea

"Angel of the sea
I wish your soul to be free."
Yes, there is that aspect of suicide. Sometimes, it does free people from the pain they believe they cannot escape any other way.
"Broken heart, you left your pain with me." And there's the other side of it.

This is so visual...I can see this in my mind. A very emotional write indeed. I loved the thought of the sea healing this soul. Washing away all the pain and sorrow. Thank you for the entry.
