This is not going to be a work of art.
I don't have enough time
I just wanted to share

When she rides across the river with Frodo, and takes out the Nazgul by unleashing the waters. She showed her character, her strength and the essence of her magic.
An extraordinary woman in difficult times she acted from her heart. Wouldn't accept anything less than her true love's destiny
So, here's to a character that I wish was real in my life.

Though I think making Arwen do this in the movie and removing Glorfindel from the story was a stupid move, I DID so enjoy this scene and do think it is still very powerful. In the books Arwen is mostly in the appendixes, but I love her movie character as well.
Personally, I don't think this really has the qualities it takes to make a poem. It's more like just a thought you jotted down. Now if you could put these feelings into stanzas and poetically chosen words, ideally even rhyme too... that would be something.
I have to agree with your last line completely. There ought to be more people like her in the world.
Thanks for entering.
