In perfect love and poetry

The touch I feel of poet's fingers
Taste and scent that moistly lingers
Love carved from your perfect hand
The poetry I understand

The way our souls were intermingled
Loving touches always tingled
Thrills that spilled from finger tips
And words and kisses from your lips

The moist embraces  I am feeling
A whole New World that's most appealing
And everything in harmony
With perfect love and poetry

Our hearts our souls and words combining
Alternate poems intertwining
With words exchanged and love in view
And all of it was meant for you

    "moist embrace"?

Bloody years since I have had one of those.

I wish you could have continued the iamb-iamb-iamb-amphibrach into the third and fourth stanza. A totally "Marshalline" rhythm

As it stands, you're still on for a row of coneys.

  • well would you like to let me in on who this piece is for. This is beautiful. I loved it and could feel your words..but somethings hitting me odd...hmm..could be the drugs,
