for children and adults, a friend from the start;
friendly and famous in circles found here
so many on this site hold Susan so dear.
With birthday upcoming, so some poems we write
for someone as kind, loving and bright;
may your day be so special, with family and friends
for all of us here wish we could surely attend.
Another year older, we all age a bit
time waits for no one, matters not wit;
blow out those candles, eat that big cake
hope you don't get too full with a sick belly ache.

What a beautiful Birthday poem for a wonderful woman such a Susan. I loved the ryhme and flow of this poem it was excellent. I'm sure she will much appreciate the gift of this birthday poem. Thank you for sharing your increadible gift to write such a wide range of poetry so easily.

Very nice. It's always heartwarming to hear about cake; I'm not so sure about candles but it makes a nice warm fire when they are lit! I hope she has a great time and this is a sweet poem.
I like the orange background and the chocolate cake with candles!
