I Never Promised

 

Late night phonecalls to day-long fights,
Hate-filled mornings to regretful nights,

Endless battles in my dreams,

Lifes not worth it, or so it seems.

You say no, don't go there,

You cannot have this dangerous affair,

But sure enough, as moonlight glows,

From my wrists my whole life flows,

You screamed 'how could you,

I thought that you said...'

Well don't you remember?

You begged and pleaded,

but you've forgotten,

I never promised.

    I unfortuntly have been in this situation before. I know the pain ohh too well. Thanks for entering. Loved this part:
