My brain was tugged on from the left side
I turned
I took in the sunrise
I’ve seen it a million times
Why was I surprised?
Its’ brilliance made me squint
What’s brilliant, is our life’s stint
Who claims to be stoic?
It’s hard to stomach some pains
Over 5 billion strong (under God’s domain)
I was recently reflecting on how others affect us
While engaged in a thought
I was inspired by a Lotus
Anciently familiar
Sowing such shocking deeds
Lotus
Lotus…
Many have enjoyed those seeds
As an herbal tea that people make
Or in those not-so-ancient Moon cakes
A Lotus visited me you see?
And her beautiful ways inspired me…

Rhyming comments, huh? lol...Well, who knows what will make money these days. Then again, this piece doesn't have anything to do with money-making. As far as what's disciplined or undisciplined? hmmmm...well, it's inspiring for me knowing that great people (often) made it there by re-framing or reapproaching the norm... People read/buy what appeals to them (outside of obligations to a job or something that calls for following up on things we'd rather not do...hahaha). So, that said, I'm glad that you read this and took the time to comment. I appreciate this. Thanks a million (will be to your site later, God-willing).
