the world slowed down
my life held its breath;
everything else rushes on around me
but i can't exhale

So very deep and heart felt...this is very touching, I know I would feel this way if my mother was ill...not a place I wish to go...wonderfully written in metaphor and meaning...excellent and beautiful...

my Mum was rushed to hospital this week
an awful scare which had me holding my breath with fear;
Thank God, after surgery, it seems she is going to be alright! That of course has to be the best news but the Gold trophy, is a very nice end to a horrible week ~
Thank You!
