Go and walk through the fields.
Maybe there will be
A pidgeon flying high,
Or a horse grazing on leaves.
Go and walk to the sea.
Maybe there will be
Pink shells washed up on the sand,
Or a starfish on the rocks.
Go and walk through the woods.
If you're lucky there might be a fox,
Or a squirrel searching for nuts.
There may be some bright daffodils,
Or a small forget-me-not.
Go and walk outside.
Even if it's raining really hard,
Even if you don't want to leave the house,
Even if nothing interesting is there,
Go and walk outside.
Enjoy the wonders of nature.

This was inspired by an earlier poem of mine, but I won't go into detail about what inspired that poem, it may take to long

this is so effective and i do really like the way you use the imperative 'go and' it works very well in the way the poetic voice talks to the readers. nice write
