We lay ourselves down to peaceful sleep,
escaping the wickedness from this world
that weeps red so deep..
Dignity is the only love we have left to give ourselves,
a gentle kiss on our lips
and death brings us eternal bliss..
Leaving dismal autumns behind
and stepping into the light of spring,
love in our hands and life begins to blossom..
Our souls shall be released from this funeral pyre,

in this world of deceiving lies..
