Miss. K

You, my dear,
My unrequited love,
My past passion.
...Forever.

Author notes

My poems tend to be written over time, a line here and there day by day then they suddenly come together, this one was written upon seeing the contest title, I dont't know why but they just came to me. So I figured I'd submit. Hope it's of some enjoyment.
Also, I wouldn't usually like to tell what it's about, I prefer the reader get their own meaning from the words. But with something so short and written so quickly, I was unable to tell the story with any great detail, so for those that can't get it: It's about a love for someone who you know will never feel the same even though the past could say otherwise, but you are happy in that, calm and collect as you know they love others and they are happy, sort of goes with that old line "If you trully love somone you will be happy to see them happy" or however it goes, you get the picture anyway.

Interesting take on the prompt. Your use of alliteration was also appreciated. You managed to make it natural which is always good. Well done!
